Pastor Appreciation Month, which is good. It's also Hispanic Heritage Month, which I learned from another blog, but it's also Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I changed my blog style to pink because of it. Yeah, people talk about it all of the time, but it's personal for me, since my mother, when initially diagnosed with cancer, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Also, I've had other family members, friends and acquaintances who were diagnosed with it as well. Most are survivors, but my one aunt passed away a few years ago after her initial diagnosis of breast cancer.
So yeah, for this month, I'll pink up my blog, even though I hate the color pink, to bring awareness to a disease that's killed people I love.
